Red Banner Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Red Banner. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle production times, shipping methods, local pickup, and delivery issues.

1. Shipping Area

Red Banner currently sells to and ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Methods

We currently offer:

  • Flat-rate shipping
  • Free shipping on eligible orders over $100
  • Local pickup when available

Available shipping options will be shown at checkout.

We typically ship using the most appropriate available carrier option for the order.

3. Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Ready-to-ship or non-custom items

Non-custom shop items typically ship within 2–5 business days.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom orders, personalized items, and quote-based orders may take longer. Production time varies depending on factors such as:

  • proof or mockup approval
  • order size
  • garment or blank availability
  • design complexity
  • season and order volume

Estimated turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Free Shipping

Orders that qualify for free shipping over $100 will receive the shipping method selected by Red Banner unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping applies only to qualifying orders shipped within the United States.

5. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be offered on eligible orders.

If local pickup is selected, we will contact you with pickup details once your order is ready.

Please do not attempt pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

6. PO Boxes

We may ship to P.O. Boxes when the selected shipping method and carrier allow it.

Some shipping services may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

8. Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet estimated production and shipping timelines, but delays can happen.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • carrier delays
  • weather
  • holidays
  • supply shortages
  • high order volume
  • delayed proof approval
  • other circumstances outside our control

Red Banner is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Marked-Delivered Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, carrier transit times and delivery scanning are outside our direct control.

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

Refunds are not automatically issued for carrier-related delivery issues. In some cases, we may help with a carrier claim, replacement, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.

10. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

If we remake or replace an item because of our error, a replacement item may be shipped at no additional shipping charge to the customer, where appropriate.

11. Signature Confirmation

For higher-value orders, Red Banner may require signature confirmation at delivery.

If signature confirmation is required, this will be determined by us based on the value or nature of the order.
